How to Cancel/Remove Credit Card Auto Renewal

Step 1

From the Client Area, go to Payment Methods

 

Step 2

Click no the Trash icon to remove credit card information.

 

Step 3

Click "Yes" to confirm the credit card info removal.

 

Step 4

Message info regarding payment method removal will be shown on successful removal.

 

Auto renewal via credit card will be removed once credit card info is removed.
