How do I activate my Plesk License?
Activating your Plesk license is pretty much very simple after you have purchased your Plesk license from VPS Malaysia.
Upon completing the order for your Plesk license order with a successful payment confirmation, you will receive the Plesk license key at your email account.
In the event you do not receive the Plesk product license key, please reach out to our Customer Care support team with a support ticket open at your client area.
To activate your Plesk server with the product key, follow this simple steps.
- Login to your Plesk GUI as control panel (default with the :8443 URL) as the admin.
- Navigate to Tools & Settings > Plesk > License Management.
- Click on Install Key
- Enter the Product Key which is delivered to your inbox and click OK. Your license will be activated.
Common error when trying to activate your Plesk license key and you receive this error:
Request cannot be serviced from the specified IP(s):
This message usually indicate your primary IP address on your server is running on another IP and it is not matching with the IP address you have provided during your Plesk license order.
Activate Plesk Extension Key
Use the following method to activate any other Plesk extensions you have purchase together with your Plesk license from our store.
- At the Step 3 screen shot above, click on "Retrieve Keys". This will force your Plesk installation to connect to Plesk licensing server to retrieve all the extensions that's been enabled for your Plesk product license key.
- Upon the process is completed, all your extensions license will have been enabled.
